This beautiful, renovated formerly a traditional fisherman’s house is located in the older part of Banyul, only 200 m from the beach on a quiet street. The house is on 3 levels and at the top there is a "loggia" where you can sit outside.

On the first floor is the kitchen, which is fully equipped. Next to the kitchen is a play room with 2 single beds. On the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a newly renovated bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the upper level is the penthouse, an airy and bright living room. There is a table for 6 people, a sofa group and a sofa bed for two. In addition, there is a small outside loggia with a table and a couple of chairs. The loggia has a beautiful view of the mountain rooftops and a glimpse of the sea.
