The house "Les Hibiscus" is beautifully situated on a hill with a fantastic view of the sea and Banyuls. It is a quiet area and just a short walk down to the beach, restaurants, shops, cafes and all that Banyuls has to offer.

The house has two parking places and a lovely pool.

There are 3 bedrooms, large living room, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, patio and terraces. The first floor has a room with double bed (160 x 200) and private bathroom with shower. 2 double bunk beds and there is a separate toilet in the hall. The second floor has a spacious living room, separate large kitchen, which is fully equipped, a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. The kitchen, living room and bedroom all open out onto terraces. The front terrace has a beautiful sea view. The rear facing terrace is secluded and spacious with barbecue, tables and chairs as well as an electrically operated awning which can provide shade if required.

The pool is adjacent to the terrace with a beautiful seaview. The area is fenced and secured.

The house is perfect for one or two families with children. it is equipped with all the necessities for children.
